Urinyo Global Ventures is a premier travel consulting firm based in Abuja, Nigeria. We specialize in study abroad and visa advisory services. Below are the terms and conditions governing our operations:
1. Admission Services
1.1 Admission Team Responsibilities
Our admission team is responsible for:
➢ Searching for suitable institutions.
➢ Recommending programs and schools.
➢ Managing the entire application process. (Their duties are strictly limited to these functions)

2. Communication Protocol
2.1 Prospective Students/Sub-Agents
Prospective students and sub-agents must adhere to the following:

➢ Do not engage with staff members without prior management approval.
➢ Communication with staff is strictly limited to office hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Nigerian Time).

3. Application Fees
3.1 Payment Requirements
Students or sub-agents must pay application fees for at least two institutions to ensure a seamless process.
4. Admission Processing Timeline
4.1 Processing Time
Admission timelines depend on the processing times of respective schools.
While we guarantee admission support, final approval is at the school’s discretion.
5. Visa Services
5.1 Document Provision
➢ Students must provide all necessary documents for the visa application process.
➢ Submission of documents via WhatsApp is not accepted, except in special cases approved by management.
Policy on Document Integrity:
Urinyo Global Ventures strictly prohibits forging or falsifying documents.

5.2 Visa Fees
➢ Students may either use our visa services or pay visa fees independently.
In the event of a visa refusal:
➢ No indemnity is provided.
➢ Future applications will incur no additional charges, provided the student remains a client until visa approval.
5.3 Sub-Agent Communication
All communication with clients will be conducted exclusively through the designated sub-agent.
6. Financial Terms
6.1 Service Fees
The service fee is $1,500 (non-refundable).
6.2 Payment Terms
Students/sub-agents must pay at least 50% of the total service fee before the commencement of the application process.
Full payment of all service fees must be received before submitting the visa application.

7. Refund Policy
➢ Service Fee Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
➢ Application Fee Refunds: Application fees paid to institutions are subject to their refund policies. Urinyo Global Ventures is not liable for such refunds.
8. Fee Structure
Visa Services
• USA Visa Fee: $185
• SEVIS Fee: $350
School Application Fees
• Ranges from $50 to $150
Tuition Deposit
• Ranges from $200 to $1,000
Canada Visa Fees
• Visa Fee: CAD 100
• Biometrics Fee: CAD 85
• Study Permit Fee: CAD 150
9. Code of Conduct
➢ Clients and sub-agents must maintain professionalism and respect in all communications.
➢ Abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior will result in termination of services without a refund.

10. Privacy Policy
Urinyo Global Ventures is committed to protecting client information. All personal data will be used solely for processing applications and will not be
shared with third parties without explicit consent.
11. Disclaimer
Admission and visa approvals are at the sole discretion of respective institutions and embassies. Urinyo Global Ventures cannot guarantee positive
outcomes.
12. Terms of Termination
Urinyo Global Ventures reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these terms, including non-payment of fees or document
falsification.
13. Payment Confirmation
All payments must be confirmed via email to admin@urinyoglobal.com, including proof of payment. Applications will not proceed without confirmation.

By making payment, clients agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy and appoint Urinyo Global Ventures as their sole agent for the services provided. This policy is subject to periodic review and updates at the discretion of management.
